We will prepare a marketing book containing most things a buyer will want to know., such as school information, assessed value, taxes, property disclosure, flyers, MLS sheet, neighborhood information, and HOA information. Having all of this information will give a buyer the confidence to write an offer.

We love to host open houses! Every open house offers an opportunity to market your home. The open house will be advertised online and through social media. We will put out a sign in front of your home the Friday before the open house and of course every person who comes through your home is a potential buyer or a lead to a buyer.
