After fifteen years of serving clients throughout Iowa City and the CRANDIC area, I’m thrilled to share the launch of Phoebe Martin Real Estate, with the help of an amazing team and incredible community support.
As a third generation Iowa City High grad, I’ve been shaped by the poeple of Iowa City and our surrounding communites. Being repeatedly voted “Most Trusted Realtor” has been an honor I accepted with humility, and it continues to remind me why doing the right thing always matters.
Opening this brokerage allows me to bring all services in house and offer a more seamless, thoughtful experience, while staying focused on what has always guided my work: listening carefully, acting transparently, and serving people with respect, compassion, and care. The joy of this work is in the relationship building. Having created a clear process helps people navigate a home purchase or sale and see their vision come to life.
We are thrilled to welcome Liz Firmstone, our new in-house broker, as we move forward together. Her years of dedication, and experience make us better as a brokerage and every day a joy.
Over the years, many professional relationships have grown into lasting friendships, and I treasure that connection deeply. I am thankful for the all who have believed in me and supported me along the way. I look forward to continuing this work with gratitude and joy.
